I needed an attorney to represent me after I was hit by a car while riding my motorcycle. I was riding when a car pulls out of a parking lot and hits me. I end up flipping over the hood of the car and the next thing I know I am in the emergency room. A few days later as I am recovering from my injuri...es I get a copy of the police report and am completely surprised tobread that the person that pulled out in front of my and struck me while I had the right of way is claiming I caused the accident. Even though I was riding a motorcycle he is claiming I hit his vehicle from behind hard enough to force his vehicle to turn a 180. Just because I was taken away by ambulance and unable to give my statement he felt he could get away with lying and blaming me for the accident as well as try and claim damages from me. I immediately contacted Gazda & Tadayon as I was given their name from a friend who had used them and was very happy with their work and attention they showed him with his case. I was given an appointment that day and met with Lewis Gazda. He immediately put my mind at ease and contacted my insurance company as well as the other drivers insurance company and let it be known we were disputing the facts of how the accident hapoened. Lewis and his entire staff handlked everything for my case with professionalism and got me quick answers to any questions I had. I contacted Lewis to represent me in my automobile accident case. From the moment I first spoke to Lewis about the case it was obvious he knew the law and was very experienced. He explained that entire process of what could happen and was available to answer all of my questions. When he called to ...tell me he had a settlement offer i was very happy but he told me the offer not fair as it was too low and he would work on getting me what he felt I deserved. A few days later he called me back and told me he was able to get more money that he believed was fair. I was ecstatic! I was very happy with Lewis and his entire staff who answered my numerous questions and helped me when I needed it the most. I will definitely come back to Mr. Gazda if I ever need attorney and highly recommend him to everybody that has been injured.

Losing a loved one is hard enough and then finding out you have to deal with a wrongful death is equally hard, that's why I sought out Luis. Let me start off by saying Luis Gazda is far from professional. He violated tons of rules. For example conflict of interest as he signed my sister and myself... when I told him we both have different agendas. Then broke confidentiality talking to a whole bunch people that he shouldn't be talking to about my case. I also called in at least a couple times a week but always got the run around. All I wanted was to know was what was going on with my case and it would be months until I finally got a hold of Gazda. As of April 2016 I wanted to go a different route in my case and ended up speaking with his assistant/ secretary named Marla. She was extremely rude and screamed at me because she didn't agree with what I was saying. I got a letter a few days later saying they dropped me. I was fine with them dropping me but the problem I was having is that when the insurance company finally said they were ready, I was informed Luis Gazda put a lien on my case. Yes he was the one that dropped me and in his contract it states that I only have to pay him of I signed an agreement with the settlement and he dropped me before all of that. I get a bill for $20k from Luis. He literally is charging me for Manila folders, paper clip, binders sheets, photo copies and basic supplies and I consulted this with a different attorney and they said they never heard of such requests. I'm just warning anybody going through them please be careful!

Luis and his entire office made my experience so horrible. My father was killed by a drunk driver back in July 2015. I came to Luis in August and talked to him about what I had already started regarding the car insurances, his life insurance, but the one thing I wanted the most was my dads cars. He s...aid he needed to make me the administrator of my dads property since there was no will. He began that process. It took 2 months to receive and when I got it they put the wrong date of death on there. So I couldn't use it anyways. When I pointed that out to the receptionist all she said was ,"Oh, whatever." Thanks. My fathers death is oh, whatever. They didn't care and when I addressed that conversation to Luis. He told me that he wouldn't think she would say that. Does he think I would lie about something like that? More trouble was up ahead. I asked on Aug second if he could order a coroner report. He first told me no because he didn't need it. But, I told him it's something I really need could you order it. He said he would and I called on Septemeber 1st to ask where it was since its been almost a month and I never received one call from them that entire month. She said it was on its way. I said okay. 2 weeks later I call since they still haven't called me and ask where it was. Still on its way. I decided to go down to the coroner to get it myself. Told them they ordered it back in August. They told me nothing had been received by my attorneys at all. Confused, I paid for it and left. And more was yet to come, I called spoke to the receptionist regarding my car insurances and seeing what was going on with my case she said she left a message for me for Luis and he would call me back. Two days later no call, called back, left message, a week later no call, called back, left message another week goes by no call back. At that point I was done. Left my work to go speak with him he told me he can't always call me because he has 250 other cases. Even though he promised me during my consultation he would call me. I guess he just wanted the money and not to stick to her word. Then I fired him in beginning of September. He told me he would send me documentation and the cancellation of administer of my dads belongings. Two weeks later I received the paper stating he was no longer my attorney and my next letter would be the cancellation of administrator. I've been waiting and it's now Middle November and still no letter I've called the office all the time to leave messages to receive a call back and haven't gotten one. The receptionist told me," Luis doesn't have a reason to speak to you." I called everyday last week to speak with him regarding the car insurances I need to deal with. When I had reached out to them they advised me Luis had not sent them letters saying he's not representating me anymore and they couldn't speak to me until he does. We are in November I had fired Luis in Septemeber. It was ludicrous to me that he couldn't keep to his word even now. Don't hire him. He was the worse decision I have ever made.
