I contacted Lewis to represent me in my automobile accident case. From the moment I first spoke to Lewis about the case it was obvious he knew the law and was very experienced. He explained that entire process of what could happen and was available to answer all of my questions. When he called to ...tell me he had a settlement offer i was very happy but he told me the offer not fair as it was too low and he would work on getting me what he felt I deserved. A few days later he called me back and told me he was able to get more money that he believed was fair. I was ecstatic! What an awful representation of a attorney office. You always hear that attorneys are scam artists and just want money. It's definitely THIS office. All gazda cares about is money. Once I suspected suspicious activity when talking to gazda I searched the business on the Nevada board for attorneys. An...d wow, you can see they had an attorney at this office who has had his license revoked for unlawful activity!!! That's when I decided that this office is a no go. One because gazda never EVER will speak to you nor will acknowledge you even exist after you sign on with him. His assistants are rude and very disorganized. Also beware of your privacy here. I have came to this on multiple occasions and have seen other people's case files sprawled all over the assistants front desk. I read them because, why not they didn't even say hello when I walked in the door and seemed preoccupied with other things then to take the 5 seconds to actually greet me. Gazda is a greedy scamful attorney. Karma will come his way and hopefully god will be able to forgive him for treating people so horribly. You will regret coming here.

Here is my story with gazda. I hired him after my father was killed by a drunk driver. Gazda told me he would help me close his estate and gain some belongings for sentimental value. What happened was he provided me an administrative document saying I am in control of the estate. Which has the wrong ...date of death and wouldn't be able to be used. When I asked if I could get a new one with the correct date he said NO. When I asked why he said because he doesn't have time. I would try calling him and would leave many messages and I still have yet to get a call from him. I released him as my attorney he asked "are you hiring anyone else?" And I told him at the moment I am not. He then put a lien of over $20k on the car insurance claim money because if I didn't have another lawyer to say I fired him then he could manipulate the system to get money. I was supposed to receive from the insurance money from the crash that KILLED my father. On the lien he says he should be paid that for paper clips, folders, post it notes, and copies. $20k of money used for a wrongful death. I originally was going to be using the money to pay my fathers funeral. However, since gazda has placed the claim now, I cannot pay my dad's funeral. He never knew my father, never met my father, and apparently he is a father? This man has corrupted the system to create his own justice. I am stating my story so others that have gone through a tragedy don't have to. I looked to gazda for help because I have never been through this sort of ideal in my entire life. Now I know DO NOT trust attorneys. I also advise to check the Nevada state board website. This will show that an attorney at the gazda firm had his license revoked for unlawful activity. So please beware.
