I have personally known Mr. Ford since high school and wanted a professional trustworthy attorney that i could count on to handle my very complicated family law custody case without being charged to death by attorney's fees. I hired Chris Ford and Danielle Dawson to handle my family custody complain...t case. Dawson and Ford have been nothing short of amazing. They know every aspect of Family Law and produce outstanding work. After a lengthy process of Stipulating to agreeable custody terms of my son his mother filed an additional motion to set aside our agreement based purely on anger. Chris and Danielle wiped the floor with opposing counsel at the hearing and the Judge denied all of my sons mothers requests in the motion to set aside. Before meeting with Dawson and Ford i was barely able to see my new born son a few times a month and was being hounded by the child support division for support that she claimed was not being paid that was in fact being paid. After Dawson & Ford i know have Joint Physical and Joint Legal custody of my son and have him 3 to 4 days per week. If you are seeking custody of your children why put your life in the hands of a incompitent attorney who is out to bleed you dry of attorney's fees. I highly recomend Dawson & Ford for any Family legal matters because they are amazing at what they do and they fight for your best interests.

I was referred to Mr. Ford by another attorney to handle a contract that I needed created. Throughout the entire time I worked with this attorney, he answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. He was able to explain difficult concepts to me and ensured that I understand everything prior t...o moving forward. He was extremely professional, kept every scheduled meeting we had, and answered my emails/calls in a timely manner. I'm also very pleased with the final contract that was drawn. Mr. Ford made me feel confident in his legal abilities and made me comfortable throughout the time that I worked with him. I would highly recommend this attorney to other individuals.

I was recommended to Chris Ford by an attorney i had contacted from the phone book. My case was an extremely complex divorce and custody battle.At my initial consultation with Chris and his partner Danielle Dawson i was informed of how difficult my case was going to be and of several different ways ...to proceed.We agreed on a course of action.I left the office relieved and assured. We had to change our direction half way through due to my wife's actions,but we proceeded on the offensive!!! To cut a long story short,i gained custody of my two young boys in the end,against all the odds. I would recommend Christopher Ford to anyone who needs legal representation.

Mr. Ford is about as expensive as you can find at 450 an hour. It’s not just the hourly rate but he invoices for absolutely everything you can imagine including 2 minutes phone calls, 6 minute discussions with staff about the phone call with you, printer fees galore (thousands) , and an outrageous am...ount of time spent talking to opposing counsel. I would imagine most conversations would be about 10-15 minute in length to be sufficient however these conversations were on average an HOUR long. After reviewing my invoices approximately 7 thousand was spent just talking to opposing counsel! Unless you have 40-60 thousand to spend on your case and you have a lot of assets to protect I would look at a different attorney that doesn’t bleed you dry and send you into bankruptcy. After speaking to others, I’m told that 60 thousand can be very normal with this specific attorney. So one would think I received amazing results given the money spent right? Not great, not bad. After speaking to other attorneys the results were somewhat in the middle. My feeling is that Mr. Ford does not know how to negotiate well with Opposing Counsel and “gives away” the bottom line and that is exactly where you end up. Getting the absolute bare minimum of what you were willing to accept, not a penny more. Maybe he does a better job with other clients but I felt a different attorney could have been better for me and not costed as much. The reason for the four star is because he is not a “bad” attorney. He didn’t miss any deadlines, or make any big mistakes to speak of. I just would’ve expected more for the price tag.
