Emily provided me with the best advice, representation, and legal service I have ever received. She kept me informed as matters went forward and made her self and the services of her office readily available to me. I have nothing but good to say about Emily and her Firm.

Emily assisted me with the short sale of my home. I couldn't have been happier with how it was handled and the results. It was done smoothly and went through pretty quickly. I even recommended Emily to my mother for some of her legal needs. My mother also was very happy with the outcome of her case. Emily is very professional, knowledgeable, and an honest person. I would definitely recommend and use her expertise again.

Divorce is a tough situation, and a difficult decision when children are involved. From my initial conversation with Emily, I was never rushed and was given genuine care and concern. Not only did she have every bit of knowledge and detail that I needed to make the decision to proceed, but Emily also worked with us as a family and never put my ex husband and I in confrontational situations. Rather, she worked with our family as a whole and we ended on good terms and a fair divorce that left our family unit in a great place. I will be forever thankful for her and her entire staff for navigating us through this process with a very personal touch. I was not for one second taken advantage of financially and Emily protected me and my rights in a very timely and cost efficient way. I am truly thankful to her...

I was fighting an up hill battle for contested joint custody and modification of an existing court-ordered child support obligation. In the end, everything went my way; I was able to modify my child support obligation, I now have joint custody, but most importantly, I am able to have a significant relationship with my beautiful daughter and be truly ackowledged as her father!
I have worked with attorneys before and I have never had as much feedback and interaction through out a case as I did with Emily and her team. They really took the time to understand me, my case, and what I wanted.
She did a phenominal job of developing and implementing a strategy that worked exactly as she explained. She did a great job preparing me for everything that could happen; there were no surprises or anything I was unprepared for. She set realistic expectations and her price quote for legal costs were consistent with what she estimated during our initial consultation.
I would reccommend Emily to anyone!

McFarling Benson Law Office was wonderful to work with. Emily listened to any concern I had and answered all my questions. Everyone at the office was very timely with their responses via email. I would highly recommend McFarling Benson Law.

I endorse this lawyer. I have worked with and against Emily over the years on family cases and have always found her to be an astute and tenacious advocate for her clients. She has excellent success due a lot to her focus on her clients' interests.
