Jordan and his Staff helped me beyond my expectations. I contacted Jordan based on a friend's referral after being involved in an auto accident in May of 2019. Hurt, upset, and confused I called Jordan who, after listening to my situation, immediately put me at ease. He put me in touch with medical professionals who were able to assess, document, and treat my injuries. During my months of treatment, the firm provided me a way to send text messages which logged all my symptoms and keep track of the medical bills. This was was very convenient and effective. Great communicator. From beginning to end, the experience I had with Jordan Schnitzer was excellent. On every level he stopped to explain details, sometimes repeating himself during subsequent conversations to help ensure that I understood my options, made the best possible decisions for me, and continued to push the insurance company to achieve a maximum settlement for my injuries. So in the interest of full disclosure, Jordan was not the first attorney I called.......he was the third.......but he was the first (and only) one who, after hearing the facts of my case said "No, what happened to you was wrong and yes, I can help you." This is important in that the other attorneys I called turned me down, obviously because my case was not "cut and dry" - it involved an assault almost 2 years ago which meant obtaining medical records, police reports, dealing with insurance companies......true, it was not "cut and dry" but Jordan and his staff put in the extra effort and we recently concluded my case to my complete satisfaction. There are plenty of attorneys in Las Vegas; all you have to do is drive down the 215 and look at the various billboards - but do you want to choose the first one who jumps at the chance in representing you, or one that has the intelligence and experience to recognize each case is unique and should be treated as such? And kudos to his paralegal Melisa, who answered my many questions and worked with me when scheduling, and then rescheduling, the deposition. She's a gem! I don't normally do testimonials like this; I'm constantly being asked to "take this 3 minute survey" or "go rate us on our Facebook page" - I rarely do it; my "vote of confidence" is my repeat business. But I made an exception here - choosing an attorney is something that should be given careful thought; Jordan's response "yes I can help" was made with confidence and without hesitation. You want someone like that on your side should the need arise. In conclusion, do I hope I need to seek out an attorney again? Well, not especially; being involved in a lawsuit is never fun. Jordan and his team are the best team in town. I contacted them after i got into an accident in April 2018 .
