Jakub’s legal career began in Kraków, Poland, where he obtained his first law degree. In 2006, he decided to challenge his legal skills on American soil. He is living proof that the American dream is still alive and attainable. Within a few years of his arrival, he mastered English, graduated from law school, and founded a successful and well-known law firm in Nevada. There is one English word that Jakub still does not understand: “impossible.” He brings the same perseverance and dedication to fighting for his clients as he employed to become one of the finest attorneys in Nevada.

Very honest excellent experience

Excellent and Professional Lawyer

blown away

I have to admit it took me a while to adjust to Jackub's style. His demeanor, the way he thinks, talks, accent, his nonchalant ways and other things gave me a hard time to understand where he was going and whether he was a good fit for my case. But in the end he was right on. I CANNOT be grateful enough for hiring him. I dealt with many lawyers in the past, but he blew them all away. genius would be an understatement.

Great Attorney

I went in for a consultation regarding a car title transfer in California. I had no idea what I had to do or where to start, Jakub advised me exactly step by step on what needs to be done and that it would more cost efficient for me to handle this on my own versus hiring him to do it. Past and current/lifetime client

Jakub represented me in a dispute with an old business partner. Jakub was extremely intelligent and understood the way of the court system. He was strategic and took action when necessary and laid back when necessary. I was successful in my lawsuit thanks to Jakub, he was able to obtain a judgement against the other party and later recovered attorneys fees, and ultimately I received my hard earned compensation that I was fighting over. awesome, competent and quick

I hired Jakub Medrala as legal counsel for several quiet title cases. I have been suing several banks for providing me with a quiet title for properties I acquired through HOA foreclosures. Mr. Medrala already advised me before buying the properties. With hindsight, this was very important because without his guidance I would have overlooked critical factors. After the purchase was done, Mr. Medrala was successful in receiving judgments in my favor at the Eighth Judicial District Court. Further, a couple of banks appealed, and without hesitation, Mr. Medrala is handling these appeals. At every step of the way, he always communicated very clearly with me, always had time for my questions, and proactively helped me to make the right decisions.

Highly recommended

I was in need for a professional legal advise and services for property rent dispute. One of my renter was not paying up rent on time and was a few months behind. Despite making numbers of request to pay up, renter refused to comply. Renter threatened me to sue for "harassment". But after consulting with Jakub, and following on his advise, not only I got my rent paid up in full but got my space back as well. Jakub is very knowledgeable and he listens and understands situation. He never rushes and explains entire procedure. He made it very easy and painless to go through the legal process. Jakub, is very knowledgeable in all areas of law. He listened to my entire situation before explaining to me not only how the law works but how my case would turn out.
