Jakub is the founder of The Medrala Law Firm, PLLC. Jakub combines pragmatism, knowledge and dedication to deliver innovative, cost-efficient, and extremely effective solutions for his clients.
Being Jakub’s client means having someone who will take care of your problems and just make it happen.
Jakub is willing to go the extra mile for his clients and not afraid to fight the powerful if they do not give his clients what is owed. Also, Jakub is a realist. If you do not have a case, he will not sugarcoat it to string you along. He will tell you what you need to hear. His passion, creativity, and realistic outlook on every case is what sets him apart.
Jakub represents businesses and individuals in matters primarily related to all aspects of personal injury, business law, civil litigation, real estate law, employment law, and legal malpractice.
While business law and litigation are his specialties, his passion lies in helping personal injury victims in vindicating their rights against large insurance companies.
Jakub is admitted to the California and Nevada State Bars and multiple jurisdictions throughout the United States. He routinely serves as an arbitrator in the court-annexed arbitration program in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada and has successfully served as a mediator in many private disputes.
Jakub’s legal career began in Kraków, Poland, where he obtained his first law degree. In 2006, he decided to challenge his legal skills on American soil. He is living proof that the American dream is still alive and attainable. Within a few years of his arrival, he mastered English, graduated from law school, and founded a successful and well-known law firm in Nevada. There is one English word that Jakub still does not understand: “impossible.” He brings the same perseverance and dedication to fighting for his clients as he employed to become one of the finest attorneys in Nevada.
Jakub regularly speaks at conferences, seminars, and training sessions on topics related to law and business. He is the recipient of multiple industry awards and is widely regarded as one of the most effective attorneys in the plaintiff’s bar.
