Horribly unprofessional and unreliable. I set up a consultation for almost 2 weeks after calling the office. On the day of the consultation I was called up hours before and told there was an "emergency", I rescheduled thinking things come up not a big deal. Then the 2nd appointment comes and lo and b...ehold, another "emergency" comes up. I then reschedule again and this time I get no phone call, no email, nothing on the day of the appointment. I even called and no one answered, not very professional at all. I emailed their receptionist and get a call back a day after with excuses and just more time wasting, offering to waste my time with another appointment, I told them at this point the unprofessional manner in which this has been handled makes me not trust them at all and I would pass on consulting with them. If this is how the office treats potential clients I shudder thinking how bad it could be after they get a retainer out of you. I feel I dodged a bullet with this working out the way it did but wanted to warn others.
