called Deniz to ask about some very suspicious court papers i received via certified mail and could not make any sense of them and he was able to look up the case number and give me some information and somewhere to start with to make sense of these papers without asking for any fees unless i wanted ...to hire him for further help. I wish I could give Nihat Bayramoglu 10 stars! Having worked in the legal field for over 30 years, I am somewhat cynical, highly judgmental and critical of attorneys, based on my past experiences. So, when I went to my first consultation appointment with Nihat about a trademark, my walls were up an...d my radar was on since this was completely outside my realm of experience and comfort zone. From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel at home and when I returned from the restroom, Nihat greeted me in the reception area like a friend. Part of the meeting included an emotional story on why I am doing what I’m doing. He was empathetic, even though it was embarrassing to me at times. He took me through the trademark process of timing and what I can expect. He can cite classes and subclasses (there are 100’s) of trademarks and potential issues and various scenarios. He effortlessly guided me through the process from beginning to end and even offered to let me make payments since this is a start-up for me. Everything was thoroughly explained, and all of my questions were answered. I had a question that fell outside of the trademark discussion, and he asked another attorney to come into the conference room to try to answer that question! I was generously given a lot more time for the consultation that went into his lunch hour. Then, during the process of finalizing the paperwork, I emailed a few questions, and Nihat sent several emails with very lengthy answers and detailed explanations.
