My son's case with this law firm was doomed after lien holders found out about his suit. The staff and assistant attorney (initials M.O., don't know if that's too much info) and such worked diligently to cause what would have been zero to a satisfactory amount after the lien garnishments. My son wa...s kept informed about every action taken and didn't have any hope of receiving anything. Of the few attorneys I've done business with this firm is the first that didn't give in to demands and fought the lien holders also. They didn't have to but they worked hard and beyond the scope of their obligations which isn't common practice, he received his somewhat hefty settlement.

I hired Ms Cruz and my experience with her was a nightmare . It had been two an half years in between those years she was hard to reach she lack in communication Ms Cruz never informed me that she moved to a different location I had gone to previous to speak to her and was told she no longer was at ...the Charleston and Rancho so unprofessional . The lady who was at that office did provide me with the current address were I had showed up and spoke to her about my automobile case and I received no good answers regarding to my case. Has months went by her communication got worse. And I had come to realize I wasn't a preferred client. I would never will recommend the law office of Jessica Cruz to any of my family members or friends.
