Biography
As a practicing attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada, Tin Hwang is the first generation Chinese-American with her family roots extending from Taipei and Tainan, Taiwan. Tin Hwang lived in Taipei, Taiwan for nearly two years and she is fluent in Mandarin, Chinese.
Tin Hwang completed her undergraduate studies where she majored in Political Science, Pre-Law and received her baccalaureate degree. After graduation, she went on to receive her law degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law.
She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Young Lawyer Section. Tin Hwang is currently a Special Legal Advocate for the Asian American Advocacy Clinic which provides pro bono legal assistance to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and sex trafficking.
Tin Hwang zealously assisted a solo legal practitioner in defending the Las Vegas community in almost every court in the State, including the Nevada Supreme Court. In her years at the firm, Tin Hwang gained immeasurable legal experience.
She is currently a solo legal practictioner in Las Vegas, Nevada.
