Wreck less driving

I’m in the south east part of New Mexico.. he’s not familiar with the highways so he can’t represent properly.. the sheriff deputy gave his “opinion” on the case and Valdez did not argue about the deputy injecting “opinion” into the case and sticking with facts.. I lost the case and spent 30 days in ...jail.. not impressed

No help at all

Called this office to get help with a couple of tickets No help at all don't waste your time.

I got my ticket dismissed - Mr. Valdez suggested paying the fine and making a donation to the officer fund as a plea bargain.

Even though the traffic citation was filed in a court with NO jurisdiction and I only paid Mr. Valdez because I did not want to drive to New Mexico for the court date, he just acted as a mouth piece for the officer. Mr. Valdez suggested paying a fine and making a donation to the officers' fund to res...olve my case. I declined, he offered and than reneged on a refund. I got both citations dismissed myself.
