Glenn is great

Glenn Smith Valdez represented me in a DUI case which resulted in the charges being dismissed. Glenn took the time to really dig into the detail of the case and find a way to get the charges dismissed. He is a smart, aggressive lawyer who really cares about the people he represents and the outcome ...of the situation. I am very glad that I decided to retain his services. The outcome could not have been better.

The best Lawyer in New Mexico!

I was in a bit of a situation with two batteries and and eluding charge. The state's attorney was looking To get me charged because of my prior background and I felt that the real matter's were not being presented. I went to Glenn, after firing two attorneys!! He put my mind at ease and knew what to... do, Now, I thank him so much for the outcome. He's the best!!

Thank you!!!!!

In February of 2010, I was arrested for DWI first offense, careless driving and driving on a suspended license in Albuquerque, NM. After my arrest, I felt as if I hit my all time low - - the fear, the confusion, the stress, the feeling of not knowing what was in store for my future, and my job, wa...s all taking a toll on me mentally and physically. I received letter after letter from one attorney after another, only adding to the confusion and stress. Finally, through the recommendation of a friend, I found my answer, Glenn Smith Valdez. When I arrived for my consultation, I was feeling pretty down for putting myself in this position. The warm welcome and professionalism throughout the entire staff immediately made me feel more comfortable and hopeful. During my intake with Mr. Valdez, he answered all my questions about what to expect, which instantly relieved much of my stress. He didn’t sugar-coat things, he told me it would be a tough fight, but he gave me hope. Mr. Valdez also gave me other avenues to explore to help me deal with the issues which were at the root of my alcohol consumption. In my opinion, this goes above and beyond being a great lawyer - - it is more on the side of being a compassionate and caring person, something you rarely expect or encounter in a lawyer. During the court process, I was a nervous wreck. Hearing all the negative things the District Attorney was saying about me, it was hard not to believe it myself. Was I this monster the courts were trying to portray? Did I need to be sent to jail to learn that what I did was a mistake? There where times I lost faith, giving up hope, believing what they were saying about me. I can honestly say, even when I had given up on myself, Mr. Valdez had not, he was the one person in the courtroom who had not given up on me, he was the only one who believed in me, he stood in the middle of the court room fighting a fight for me, when I had actually already given up the fight for myself. The facts of my case didn’t give Mr. Valdez much room to work with, but to my surprise, the results were in our favor, a complete dismissal! I no longer had to stress about a conviction affecting my job or my future. I am not writing just a review, I am also writing a THANK YOU. I give him the highest marks for his efforts, his love for his work, his dedication to his job, for going above and beyond, and not giving up when things got complicated, in fact, the tougher it got, the harder he fought. To someone who needs a lawyer, you can’t do better. To Mr. Valdez, thank you for believing in me even when I lost belief in myself, for standing up for me when I couldn’t do it alone.
