Out of state accident - in Santa Fe - Citation for careless driving

Mr Valdez and Ashley Smith were great in easing my worries over the potential misdemeanor. After reviewing the case with me and telling me they would accept, they immediately started to procedure to make sure that everything on my end could be handled out of state so that I wouldn't have to make the... attempt at getting back for the arraignment or any other times when I would otherwise have needed to make a trip. They then spent the time to go through the case, contacting the officer and speaking with them on multiple occasions to discuss the possibility of dismissing the case. After everything was said and done my case has been dismissed, and I have nothing more to worry about. The best part is they were able to do it with my being able to stay in my home state the whole time.

This was probably one of the best I've experienced in along time. Granted if it would of been in a municple court I would of been up a creek but being as it was it was in a magistrate court and everything fell into place. I'm very happy with the way things went and it was in a speedy manor. It also h...elped that the officer was willing to play nice too. Thank you for everything.

Goes the extra mile!

Glen and his staff were very communicative with me during the entire process. They went above and beyond to limit my stress and get my speeding ticket thrown out. They were successful in their task, quick and efficient!

Traffic violation

I had a ticket in NM 2 months ago , it was pretty bad, get pulled over 19 miles over in contraction zone. I called Mr Valdez and they didhandle my case very professionally . Staff was very friendly, I would highly recommend .....
