Fantastic! Ticket Dismissed

I received a Ticket for something I didn't do, I worried that I would lose my license, insurance would go up etc., Glenn Valdez and his team worked diligently to assure me not to worry and worked hard to have the ticket dismissed which he did. They will keep in contact and constantly update and educa...te you through the whole process so you never feel like you're alone as they are there! Highly recommended

After a speeding ticket, found Attorney Valdez online. Within 15 minutes of submitting a request for legal services, he personally called me. Due to his help, the ticket ended up being thrown out of court. Very thankful for his great services

Great Job

I hired the Valdez law firm to represent my traffic case. They did a great job of getting my case dismissed. I am very happy to have hired them. If ever I would need an attorney again. I would definitely hire them again.

Italian CDL OTR Appreciation:

In february 2020 I got an essagerated speeding citation doing 55 miles-an-hour in a 45 mile-an-hour Zone. Thank God I found Mr Glenn Smith Valdez, He and His law firm team have gotten dismissed for me. This ticket I got was very harmful for my trucker carriere and it could have taken my driver's lic...ense points, harm my DOT CDL records, future employments, it also carried a fine on top of that. Lawyer Glenn Valdez also find an Italian-English interpreter to be sure I bern able to understand and follow properly the process. Another significant action Lawyer Valdez do was to request my right to have a fair Court's decisions after the officer promise to do not dismiss or discuss my charges, So he really fought for me until the end. The result was the early case rescission by the judge as NO Guilty and the fine was also dropped . I highly recommend Glenn Smith Valdez, to Drivers and everyone how need an accurate and knowledgeable attorney. God forbid I get another traffic citation, but if this happen I'll call Attorney Glenn Smith Valdez, will be the first phone call I will make. I want to say thank You again attorney Valdez for the wise way that handled all of my case. Great blessing to me. Absolutely big miracle, forever grateful !

Sticky Situation

As with most reviews, I was skeptical about the amount of great feedback Mr. Valdez and his team had received. One phone call and a quick consultation later, I am very thankful that I had Mr. Valdez and his team in my corner after I've been handed a careless driving ticket after my auto accident. My ...situation was a confusing one and Mr. Valdez and his team made sure everything was taken care of. I honestly did not lift a finger because Mr. Valdez and his team took care of everything. They informed me of my court dates, requested that I do not need to appear, and reassured me everything will be okay in a time where I was facing charges of jail time and hefty fines. He took my case and blew my expectations of out the water. My ticket was dismissed, with no fines to pay as long as I drove squeaky clean for 90 days after the first initial court date. I am very glad I hired Mr. Valdez and his team. Money was a bit tight for me but we were able to work out a payment plan and I am so glad they were willing to work with me during a stressful time in my life. Do not hesitate. Call Mr. Valdez if you want everything handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Also, I am not from the State of New Mexico but I happened to be in the state when my auto accident occurred. If 5 stars wasn't enough, I would give him and his team 10.
