Excellent service.......

I live in Alto, NM, a school bus, going the opposite way, on a 4 lane road, stopped ......I didn't see it until I was about one third of the way past the front end of the bus so I stopped. The officer gave me a ticket for running a school bus red light… Very questionable, The children were not even... out of the bus yet. This attorney helped to get the ticket dismissed.

Speeding ticket

Beyond fantastic is a mild description of the experience I enjoyed . Everything was resolved in 48 hours great follow up . Highly recommend the staff and law firm.

Speeding Ticket

Mr. Valdez did a great job in taking care of my speeding ticket. I have a busy schedule, which did not afford me to physically go to court. He was able to represent me without the need for me to go to court. It was agreed that I needed to take an aggressive driving course in order for my ticket to ...be dismissed. The course was a two night class. I ended up having a great instructor and the course overall was very informative. After taking this course and not receiving another ticket within my 3-month probation, the case was dismissed. Mr. Valdez and his team were very professional throughout my whole case and the cost for their service was very reasonable. I am very thankful to have had Mr. Valdez as my lawyer for my speeding ticket and would recommend him to anyone else who needs his service.

Exactly what was needed

I called because I got a ticket that I believed was unwarranted. I also stipulated that I would not plea bargain, since I was not guilty. I know that makes it so much harder, but Mr. Valdez's team had no problem with it. They kept me informed, and the result was that the ticket was dismissed before ...my court hearing. (the fees were quite reasonable too- much less than I had expected!)

I am a truck driver, I had a speeding ticket and I was due for court out there but I drive all over 48 states and they helped me the best way they knew how and got it taken care of for me.. Thanks and I really appreciate it...
