Awesome staff and exceptional service

I'm glad that I discovered Mr. Valdez's firm. They have gone above and beyond to assist me in getting my ticket dismissed in Alamogordo, NM. Initially I was afraid because it's been two decades since I received a speeding ticket and informed Mr. Valdez of the circumstances. I’m in the military and fo...r those that who are or have served knows how detrimental this ticket can be to their career. Johanna contacted me immediately after I sent my inquiry via email. Johanna was very professional and provided me Mr. Valdez’s review and reputation in regards to his expertise and experience. I immediately felt comfortable and immediately hired them due to their awesome positive reviews of other clients. I was then referred to Chelsea and she ensured that the process went smoothly and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Other attorneys I contacted didn't follow through or refused to represent me since the location of the ticket was in Alamogordo, NM. I’m glad Mr. Valdez took my case considering he was not within commuting distance from Albuquerque, NM. This firm notified me that I didn't have to appear in person and got my ticket dismissed. Everything was pretty much done over the phone and email to complete paperwork by signing legal documents digitally. This firm has gained my utmost confidence and I'm glad I followed my gut in going with Mr. Valdez's firm. The exceptional service from this firm were accurate on the reviews and I’m deeply satisfied with Mr. Valdez’s work. He is a former service member and he definitely took care of me! I’m glad to spread the word to everyone and highly recommend Mr. Valdez’s firm.

Very helpful attorney

This office has a very professional team. Available and helpful every time you call. They have an excellent communication system and they do follow up with you. I am very pleased with the way they handled my case. I will definitely recommend and use them in the future if needed.

Speeding

Speeding I have worked hard to keep my driving record free from any violations. I got a ticket on a rural road in New Mexico, and found Glenn Smith Valdez Law Firm on the internet indicating they may be able to handle a speeding ticket. I live in Texas and I could not have found a better advocate ...to help me keep this ticket off my record. Chelsea Chavez handled everything for me so professionally and promptly. I would gladly give her six stars, but only five were available. Thanks so much for everything!

Wow I was so happy with mr Valdez the office staff was so nice an professional they always kept me informed of my case I was so afraid I have as gonna lose my job and couldn't afford to feed my two little girls for something I didn't do mr Valdez was great he got the ticket dismissed. And I prayed a... lot too it was so easy I never had to appear in court I'm so very greatful for this man he's a angle I recommend mr Valdez. To everyone he did a wonderful. I mean wonderful job it's well worth the money.

exceptional work
