New Mexico!!!!

I am a commercial driver. I exited the freeway in Lordsburg, needed to pu something at the truck stop. First truckstop didn't have what I needed. Pulled out to go to the next one, and was pulled over by one of New Mexico's finest. He assumed I was going around the scales. Would not hear anything I sa...id. Issued​ me a ticket. Was concerned that Mr. Valdez wanted to handle this by phone. To me it was serious. To my amazment my ticket was dismissed at the pre trial hearing! Thank you Mr. Valdez!!!

Excellent advice and services.

Awesome law team!

I am a CDL holder and received a speeding and log book ticket in New Mexico. Mr Valdez and his team answered my calls promptly and got my tickets dismissed. I am very pleased with the job they did and wouldn't hesitate to call again if the need arose.

Amazing word- DISMISSED!!!

Many drivers are familiar with the state of meeting with a policeman and getting a ticket. Nervous shock, stress, resentment, anger, disappointment .... A driver of a Commercial Truck is doubly disadvantageous in this situation. And only one thing calms us, that the lawyer will solve our problem. But... there is one very important point, where to find the right and good lawyer, a professional in his business, a respectable and responsible person. I'm from California, but I got a ticket in NM. It was necessary to find a lawyer in the NM. And our lawyer in California recommended us Mr. Valdez and was not mistaken. Mr. Valdez does not stop halfway, he does not like to lose. He and his team are working hard on conscience. During the entire waiting period, we were constantly kept informed of all events and news, calmed down, encouraged and supported by his assistants. Himself Mr. Valdez is looking for different ways and compromises to solve the problem. He will never leave his client alone with the problem. Its main goal is the word -Dismissed! And he did it in my case. Thank you ladies and gentlemen, led by a great lawyer for your impeccable work !!!
