Very Happy with the Service

Had an unfortunate accident while on business in Las Cruces. Was ticketed, and told I had to appear in court. Live in Denver, and did not want to have to return. Valdez law offices not only took care of the court appearance, but got me a Deferred Judgment. Great Service throughout and kept me apprais...ed of everything that was going on. Highly Recommend!

Feel like speeding through NM again!

I received a ticket when driving thru NM from TX where lawyer hiring fees are low. As a good consumer, I did my due diligence and looked for my best lawyer options. All reviews were good but fees varied: anywhere from 300-500. Valdez pulled thru with $200! Ashely, Valdez' assistant, kept me informed ...through the entirety with emails and calls. Needless to say, the ticket was dismissed! Hell hath no fury like Valdez' righteousness!!

Great atty.

This is the first lawyer that gave me his cell number and actually answered the phone when I called! He handled my traffic ticket quickly and got it dismissed almost instantly(WOW!) Great guy....you can trust him to do what he says.

Traffic Citation Dismissal!

Mr. Valdez and his team are pros and very courteous. I'm an OTR Truck Driver and got a ticket in New Mexico near Corrizozzo. It's a bit of a speed trap out there. I got clocked at 70 in a 55 late at night , because of the constant changes of speed signs, it's hard to keep up. The trooper that pull...ed me was known for being a tough opponent to contest tickets. Mr. Valdez and crew advised me of my options, and went to bat for me. All of this was done while I was out on the road, I NEVER had to set foot in a courtroom. I would go to them again IF the need ever arises. His team is knowledgeable of the unique NM laws and will have your back every time.

Excellent service

I am a truck driver and I received a ticket in New Mexico I then called mr. Valdez's office. He gave me a price that I could live with and told me what he could do, and I never had to make a appreance he handled it all his staff made thing easy for me. Which is a great help since I'm always in the tr...uck they emailed everything to my phone with explicit instructions on what to do I completed the tasks asked of me and with out a hitch he did what he said he would do. I'm very happy with the service I received from Mr. Valdez and his staff.
