Made it too easy....

Glenn Smith Valdez took the time to call me IMMEDIATELY after I called his office. He was so concerned for my outcome that he said to me "Even if you don't use me you MUST act today". I was facing jail time for my tickets and huge fines. Glenns and his staff went to work immediately and started break...ing down the borders I had created. Long story short. No fines, no suspended license, no jail time. I elated. I had called two others prior to Glenn and they never responded to me. Luck me!

Ticket Dismissed

After being stopped for speeding (7 over), the officer asked to do a Level 1 instead of a speeding ticket, which I agreed to. All was good except my companies insurance card had expired 3 days prior. So, I got a speeding ticket and a ticket to provide proof of insurance coverage. My company provid...ed the proof of insurance, and I hired Mr. Valdez to defend me on my speeding ticket. I lieu of having to do a telephone appearance with the magistrate, I agreed to donate $100.00 to the Battered Women's Home, and my speeding ticket was dismissed. All the expenses were paid by company, and I was very happy with the way my issue was handled by his staff, and the outcome. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone having ticket related issues in New Mexico.

Best Lawyer Out There

I cannot express how thankful I am for Mr. Smith Valdez and the entire office. Until I started corresponding with the patient and kind office managers, met with my lawyer, and knew that the team was going to help me, I truly felt like I was living a nightmare. I am a freight truck owner and drive...r from California, and more importantly the mother of five children. When I encountered a completely out of hand situation with a police officer one evening that led to three unmerited tickets and the threat to have my license revoked, I was entirely at a loss of what to do. I couldn’t process that the events had happened let alone figure out how to solve them. The people at New Mexico Traffic Ticket will always the embodiment of true legal representation and justice. Excellent service
