Awesome !

I received a speeding ticket just as where 75 dropped to 65 . Mr. Valdez got it dismissed ! Thank you for saving my CDL and insurance rates !!

Speeding Ticket

I'm a CDL driver and got a speeding ticket in New Mexico. I didn't want it on my record so I called Glenn Smith Valdez and they took my case. On the 1st court date the officer asked if he can have some time to do a background on me. On the next court date it was dismissed (the officer did not show-up...). It was dismissed without prejudice, so it can be refiled. Bring that the officer didn't show-up, I'm thinking it's done.

Fast ticket disssmissal

I'm a CDL driver and got a speeding ticket in New Mexico. I didn't want it on my record so I called Glenn Smith Valdez and they took my case. They called me about 2 weeks later and said that officer agreed to dismiss the ticket if I would donate $100 to HOPE. (A domestic violence charity). I made the... donation and received docs within a week stating that ticket was dismissed. I had to turn everything in to my company starting with the citation to the proof of dismissal. As far as my company was concerned, it never happened. I never actually talk to Mr. Valdez but his staff kept me informed and I never had to appear. Great job. I highly recommend them!

Lawyer helps Truck Driver that was ticketed in New Mexico

Mr. Valdez helped us avoid coming to New Mexico to go to court. He did all the work involved in getting the ticket taken care of and all we have to do is pay the court costs. My husband is a truck driver and he could not be there to go to court. We appreciate all his time and thank him so much for he...lping us out, we will definitely recommend him to other truckers as well as other people needing a lawyer.

Dismissed

Big misunderstanding that could have cost me my job. Mr Valdez took the case, figured out the situation, and resolved it without me ever having to step foot in a court room. As a truck driver, that was very important. His office staff was patient and kind and helped walk me through each step of the p...rocess, and I couldn't be happier with the results. :)
