Speeding Ticket

I am very pleased with the professionalism and service I received with the Valdez law firm. I was well informed and even more surprised with the price charged (very reasonable) and even more elated when I found out my ticket was dismissed. Thank you for your service

Great lawyer!

Great lawyer! I received a speeding ticket for going 31-35 over in a 65mph zone and i really didnt expect good results since that is alot, once i hired the office of Glenn Smith Valdez they were super helpful and were able to get great results for me! It's almost like nothing happened. I would defini...tely recommend them.

Excellent

I contacted Valdez law firm a week before my first appearance in court for a speeding ticket. Valdez law firmed work with my short notice. I had trouble finding attorneys in my area south of New Mexico to fight my ticket for me. The few that I found charged double what Valdez charged me. Valdez la...w firm in fact handles tickets in all New Mexico regardless where they are and where you are. Can't lose anything with giving them a call.

Intelligent & down to earth

Mr. Glenn Valdez worked with us & gave an all inclusive contract for a flat fee to ensure to have total representation no matter how long trial could drag on, get rescheduled or get refiled. The officer kept not showing up &, unfortunately, Judge Valdez kept giving officer Brown benefit of the doubt ...& rescheduling. Glenn kept doing the right thing & eventually it was dismissed due to the officer not showing up. However, Judge Valdez sadly still has allowed officer to refile if needed. At least we know we have representation if that were to happen.
