CDL Driver's Opinion

This is a very top flight law firm. For CDL, or other drivers that have received a traffic citation, you have expectations when you spend the money to hire a lawyer. Rest easy, your expectations will be met. Follow the simple instructions that you receive from the office complete and on time; remembe...r, you got a ticket, and you deserved it; and have patience. Allow Mr. Valdez time to navigate this legal river, it's gonna be alright. His staff is intelligent (what a relief!), and courteous, and most of all, first rate professional. reckless driving charge dismissed

I was an out of state driver in New Mexico and happened to be driving too fast. I contacted Mr Valdez office and am very pleased at the way my case was handled by my attorney. I did not have to attend court at all and he got my charge dismissed. I found him and his office very professional and effici...ent. I am very pleased at the outcome of my case as I could not have had the time to attend any court appearances and had never had this kind of speeding ticket before.He relieved me of all my stress of this unfortunate incident

Speeding ticket

I was traveling through NM a little to fast and got a ticket. There was no way I would've been able to return and deal with the court process, even taking the time to call in for the arraignment was impossible for me to do. I contacted Glenn Smith Valdez and he and his crew handled everything. I d...idn't have to do anything and correspondence back and forth was made easy through email. The officer didn't show up and my ticket was dismissed. By not having to travel back to NM they saved me both time and money.

Careless Driving Dismissed

I Highly recommend Glenn Smith Valdez. Essential Facts: Reported as Reckless Driver, was all over the road, crossed center line and fog line. Ticket written for Careless Driving. For a Semi Truck Driver, this is devastating for the driver and the Company. Case was dismissed in court. The Officer had... no Collaborating Evidence (Dash Cam) only Hearsay. The Officer dropped the charge. I did not have to show up, No fine, nothing on my record. Very, Very pleased with the outcome.
