Out of towner

I want to take just a moment to thank the team at Glenn Smith Valdez law firm. Recently I found myself needing to appear in traffic court, The problem being I live in southern California, but the court was in gallop, New Mexico. A CMV drivers experience

Mr Valdez was able to get my speeding ticket dismissed easily. His staff is very helpful. I was able to do everything by phone and email without having to go to court. Thank you for your services

DWI

tuve algunos tragos y maneje aunque la verdad me sentia bien cometeti un error. un policia me detuvo y me arresto, mi primer idioma es espanol y el policia no le importo y no quizo darme mis derechos en espanol lo cual hizo casi imposible para mi hacer el test de sobriedad ya que no entendia bien lo... que me pedia. el Senor valdez ayudo a defender todos mis derechos y logro que el jurado los 6 jurados votaran por mi inocente, Recomiendo 100% este abogado, el y su asistente ashley hicieron mi caso no ser tan estresante. Gracias por todo Mr.Valdez

Professional and Quick!

I was pulled over and for speeding and was told that my license was suspended. I had no idea the trouble I was facing until I went before the judge and he asked me if I wanted to hire an attorney or have one appointed. I hired Mr. Valdez and truly did not have to think much about it again, which wa...s such a relief. Mr. Valdez's staff were very kind and professional and everything was handled quickly. My ticket was dismissed and I did not have to speak to anyone other than Mr. Valdez's legal assistant (who was always available via phone or email to answer any questions).

Excellent work

I got two traffic tickets, and his staff was great at inform me of everything on my case, without me having to show up to court or worry about anything. He did a great job and got both tickets dismissed. Excellent service.
