Hello! My name is wallace Smith. I’m a Commercial Truck Driver. I had got a speeding ticket, and then found out from the DOT officer that my license was suspended. I was having a terrible day. I had no idea my class A was suspended. I asked my wife to help me find a lawyer to fight this. With the spe...eding ticket and license suspension, I was informed that it racked up 51 points on my CSA which for the record is career ending points. I got in contact with Glenn Smith Valdez office and the first person I spoke to was Melissa Padilla and she was the light in the dark for me. I was so afraid for my license and what it would mean for my family’s future because they rely on my income to survive. Melissa gave me information, what to expect, what they were going to do and ensured me that they would fight to get the best possible result for me. Melissa kept in contact with me and kept me updated. Anytime something happened she was the one to call and email me. I’m so thankful for the result of everything I was facing including my self doubt. Melissa Padilla kept me focused and calm and informed at every corner. The result of this case was that the charges of speeding doing a 68mph in a 55mph zone and driving a Commercial vehicle with a suspended license was completely dismissed. No tickets, no suspended license, no charges of any kind and no points on my CSA. Melissa Padilla even spoke with my employer personally to offer any information about the case and it’s dismissal and sent documentation to my employer and I so that I may be able to get my job back working in the oil fields in west Texas. I would highly recommend this lawyer and if you are in trouble in Hobbs New Mexico and need a saving grace, please do yourself a favor and call Glenn Smith Valdez. If you speak with Melissa Padilla I know for a fact you will be taken care of. I was in serious trouble and thanks to them I was able to walk free. I’ll only refer my friends and family to these kinds people if they ever get in trouble. Loyalty for what they was able to accomplish for me is the best I can offer in return. Oooh and they price range for their service is the best I’d ever seen. Can’t beat it. I hope I never need their service again. But if I make a mistake again and I’m in Hobbs New Mexico. You can bet your life is calling Glenn Smith and I’m going to talk to Melissa. Thank you guys so much! You really saved my family!

I hired Mr Valdez to take my case of speeding onto a construction zone , He did a great job at getting the officer to dismiss my case , I sent in several videos of the situation from another run through the same exact area and circled where I was clocked at and the speed I was doing with with anothe...r load going from same place to same place as the one I had hauled before when I got the ticket. And showed weight ticket and showed there was no way I could have been speeding uphill , his staff was very courteous in keeping me updated on everything . And I am very happy with the outcome. Thank You all for a Job Well Done.
