I am proud of the fact that I am NOT a former prosecutor. I know that former prosecutors who are now practicing as criminal defense attorneys suggest that they have a special edge because they used to be prosecutors - the truth is they don't; do not be fooled by that marketing claim.
You don't become an excellent defense attorney by being a prosecutor; you achieve that through experience and hard work. With nearly 30 years of criminal defense work behind me, I have defended thousands of people. I have handled every kind of case you can throw at me. I know exactly what goes in to developing a defense, and succesfully executing it. I have extensive knowledge, abilties and an unbelievable network of resources to utilize when representing my clients.
I have a reputation as one of the finest criminal defense attorneys in the Arizona, not only because of my skills and resources, but because I truly care about my clients and their families. I maintain a small caseload, usually no more than 10 cases at a time, in order to ensure that my clients obtain the absolute best representation possible.
