My son was under 18 , made a mistake and he was being charged as an adult. Imagine that feeling as a mother to not know the outcome of your sons future. Marcy handled my sons case with care she was very diligent and her explanation of what she was going to be able to attempt to do she was very honest with me and my son was able to understand the severity of the crime.Marci was very reasonable regarding the proposed outcome and affordable for the situation.Marci keep us Informed the entire time regarding my son’s case. The case finally concluded and we received a desired outcome that gave my son a chance, a real chance for his future. Mercy fought hard for my son like as if he was part of her family. My son and my family we feel so indebted to her for all her diligence in this priority case in our life. I can barely finish this review because I have tears of joy rolling down my face for the outcome that we received in court yesterday. I know there is no way we would have received that outcome without Marci on our side. I can’t say enough good about Marci. Marci is smart, savvy, articulate, and an incredible negotiator, but she TRULY cares. I hired Marci to represented my son who violated his parole and all of his cases (6 of them) that he was on parole reared their ugly head. The maximum sentence could have been 35... years. She read ALL of the hundreds and hundreds of pages of my sons medical records (17 surgeries) and also read and understood all of his cases to put together the best defense for him. The judge said she had never seen a case like his. Marci did a very good job negotiating for the mitigated sentence and also for no more than one month of parole so I can get my son the help that he needs that is not offered in Arizona. I HIGHLY recommend Marci because she knows what she is doing, she’s smart and she CARES. She truly cared about my son. That matters to a Mother.

In 2015, I went from being charged with 4 charges to being indicted on 8 charges ranging from felonies 2-5 of Asualt, Assisting a criminal street gang, Threat and intimidation and possession of narcotics, being that I was married to a police officer, they were ready to throw the book at me as a firs...t time offender. I desperately needed to be represented as my life was at stake with 3,young children. Marci, was more than willing to take my case on, without a doubt! She immediatley contacted the assigned prosecutor as I litterally hired her! Demanding that my car be released from police impound and had been for over a month, the following day my car was released. She presented the facts of the case in such a professional manner and provided me with the emotional and compassion support as I so needed! I was told that I would be facing 10 years in prison Marci, made sure that wasn't going to happen! I was sentenced to one year of probation. This woman not only cares for her clients, but to show so much support as an attorney is beyond me. You could contact her directly and always recieve an answer to any of my questions in a timely manner, which i loved about her. Most attorneys offices you deal with a paralegal not with Marci!! I would definitely recommend her to anyone that ever found themselves in my position. She is highly skilled and no beating around the bush the most up from and honest attorney I have ever dealt with. She's very down to earth type of lawyer, what else can I say she's the best and YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IN HER WORK!! With all this being said what are you waiting for??! Call her!
