I can’t say enough good about Marci. Marci is smart, savvy, articulate, and an incredible negotiator, but she TRULY cares. I hired Marci to represented my son who violated his parole and all of his cases (6 of them) that he was on parole reared their ugly head. The maximum sentence could have been 35... years. She read ALL of the hundreds and hundreds of pages of my sons medical records (17 surgeries) and also read and understood all of his cases to put together the best defense for him. The judge said she had never seen a case like his. Marci did a very good job negotiating for the mitigated sentence and also for no more than one month of parole so I can get my son the help that he needs that is not offered in Arizona. Following a horrific vehicle accident, my nephew received the harshest possible charges for an event that we felt was not deserving of such excessive retaliation by the state. The outcome of my case was 20 days of probation and 4 hours of community service and that end result was only because the lawyer I had initially messed up my case.
