Miracle Worker

me The court appointed attorney said " 22 years is what you are looking at and I've looked over the case and I agree with the DA, you can't win". These were the second worst words my son had heard since the motorcycle accident he and his girlfriend had in Oct. The worst thing he ...had heard was that the love of his life had not survived the accident. This court appointed attorney had not even used his own accident reconstructionist and relied on a report that was filled with mistakes. I knew that I could never trust this person that was obviously not going to try to help my son. I began my search for an attorney and through a recommendation from someone, I found Marci . The minute I met her I knew she was the one for us. She was genuine, she told me what she could do and skipped all of the fluff. As soon as we hired her, she was on the case and began finding mistakes that had been made by the police, and the facts began to come to light. Marci brought on invaluable experts to prove that this was a horrific, tragic accident, not murder. Marci began to unravel the DA's case and there was no denying the truth in the end, on either side of the courtroom. Marci has such a presence in the courtroom, respected by other attorney's and most importantly by the judges we went before. She was no nonsense, always prepared with our side of the debate, and professional, never flustered by anything that might have been thrown at her. Her confidence and her eloquence is a thing of beauty. Marci showed my family and Sam's girlfriend's family the utmost respect and empathy for what we were all going through and never once made a derogatory statement to anyone whenever there could have been a cheap shot made for emphasis. I really appreciated how compassionate she was during the case. Marci has worked tirelessly on this case and was available for us anytime, night or day, on the weekends and even while she was on vacation. She kept us updated with any changes and checked in on us regularly to see how we were holding up. Not only professional, but personable. She will be a friend to our family forever. In conclusion, Marci is a miracle worker. She turned this case around for my son through hard work and perseverance. When it looked hopeless, she brought us through with a win. Instead of 22 years, my son received 5 years, which was fair and just. She did it, she proved miracles are possible when she is working for you. I can't thank her enough, we are eternally grateful, Marci. I recommend you to everyone. You are not only a great lawyer, but you are a great person and friend. Thank you from my family to yours.
