My problems began with a Guilty Plea for Reckless Driving in Feb. 2013. I received a letter from the court stating I had violated my Probation! Surprised, I contacted My Attorney, who indicated that once the sentence was imposed, I was no longer represented ( had spent my $5000). Very concerned, I c...alled Mr. Gruler (randomly) on a Sunday night. I was cited with help from the infamous speed cameras in Scottsdale. Since I’m a snowbird it took a month for the ticket to reach me and my court date was just 2 days away.
