Replied last September 25, 2017Thank you for your comments. The reality and simple fact is that you failed to appear for a hearing on time and the judge made a decision that you were unhappy about. I wish I could control the judges, but I cannot. If I could, I'd be able to please everyone who hires me. Such expectations though were/are unreasonable, and as a result, it was best for both of us to cease representation. That said, I am always willing to challenge DCS when that is the best strategy, and likewise, I am also willing to work with DCS if that will yield a result in the best interest of the children. These particular cases are never about you as they are about the child and family as a whole. The judge ultimately is the decider of the facts, not me.

I am confident that you would have had a clearer picture of our dedication and professionalism if you had done so. Great work
She was wonderful. She fought so hard to bring my kids home for me. I would definitely use her again and I'm more than likely going to soon when I get money saved up. She fights hard for your case. I'm glad I found her and hired her. She gave me hope when I didn't have any at all.
