Poor experience

Replied last September 25, 2017I am pleased you found alternate representation with whom you are satisfied. I hope you take his or her advice, as you certainly did not want to take mine; There was no sense in continuing representation as a result, and no matter the outcome I achieved you would have been dissatisfied. The Firm had much success on your matter. We prevailed on a motion which resolved a large part of this case. You agreed to certain strategies and then reneged, without consulting counsel. Because we had differing viewpoints about how to proceed with the litigation, I believed withdrawal was appropriate. Your matter was set back by your own actions not by the Firm's. While you are right that it took me several days (approximately five business days) to respond to one of your emails, it was due to the fact the Firm was handling an emergency. It was also due to the fact that you demanded that I NOT respond to email(s) on the weekend because you did not want increased charges. With regards to the billing comments, you received numerous discounts and credits as well. I wish you and your family the best in spite of this very clear breakdown in communication.
