Very Unprofessional

My sister had a very disappointing experience with this attorney. Communication was a major issue throughout the process. She left multiple voicemails and sent emails with important questions, but rarely received a response in a timely manner — sometimes not for weeks. We completely understand that a...ttorneys have multiple clients and can’t always respond immediately. However, there was a complete lack of professionalism in not even returning a call or email within a few days. Waiting weeks for any sort of reply is unacceptable, especially when someone is relying on legal guidance during a stressful time. Unfortunately, based on the lack of responsiveness and basic courtesy, we would not recommend this attorney.

Lack of communication

I hoped Brad would be a successful lawyer for my straight forward divorce case. Dragged feet and never responded. I got more done working directly with my ex-husband and his lawyer. Extremely hard to get a hold of. Never answers phones or emails. I asked repeatedly for an invoice so I knew where I s...tood with my retainer fee. Never received it. I finally had to switch lawyers after the initial hearing because Brad took 2-3 weeks to respond to any requests. I requested a refund of the unused portion of my retainer fee. Never heard back. Thousands of dollars down the drain and I’ve tried multiple times to contact him.

I would not hire Brad Crider again.

I had a terrible experience using Brad Crider as my divorce attorney. I had an easy divorce which was even confirmed by Brad. But the lack of communication and time it took to complete my divorce was ridiculous. Even the other attorney could not get Brad to return calls or emails. Unbelievable.

Worse Service

We hired Brad to write a Prenup for my mom. Good luck getting a hold of him. Brad took our money in Dec and we heard nothing from him in a month and half. His office has a hired answering service but now no one answers the phone. You can not leave a message. No emails. His lack of communication ru...nning a business is beyond frustrating. Please do not use him and take your business somewhere else. The worst service!

Efficient, Reliable and Effective

I can't tell you how happy I was to choose Brad Crider to represent me in my Divorce. Initially, I was concerned with the cost, but found he was more than fair and was focused on desired results instead. If given an opportunity to recommend him, I would enthusiastically say YES!
