Fantastic service

I recently went through a divorce after 26 years of marriage. Brad Crider's name was given to me by a divorce advocate after searching for a nearby attorney. I made numerous calls and no one returned my call. Once I had Brad's information I called his office and received a callback the next morning b...y Brad. We discussed my situation and he listened. I paid my retainer and felt good about my conversation with Brad. During this process Kelly (paralegal) was fantastic. Everyone was very informative and kept me in the loop. I felt like I was their only client. Shelby (legal assistant) was just a great. During our mediation Brad was fantastic. He was also great at preparing me for the mediation along with Kelly giving me details on what to expect. I did work with Kelly the most and I have to say that she was excellent and listened to me vent from time to time. These office is exceptional. During this time of stress it is very welcoming to be working with such a compassionate and educated staff on Divorce law. I would highly recommend anyone that is going through a divorce to contact Brad. I really cant say enough positive things about my experience working with this great team. I gave 5 stars because that was the max... this office deserves a 10. I greatly appreciate their efforts and will not forget it.

Extremely Happy

I hired Brad Crider to handle my daughter's divorce and it was the best decision I could have made. Brad and his entire staff are professional and caring and they are extremely supportive. At my daughter's request, they allowed me to stay plugged into the divorce process so I could assist my daughter... with understanding the process and so she didn't feel alone. I can be a bit of a pushy old lady and they didn't seem to mind it at all, actually seemed as if they welcomed it! They always had my daughter and my grandchildren's best interests at heart. They explained things in terms my daughter could understand, they made sure she was prepared for all court dates and trial. In the end, we couldn't have asked for better representation, my daughter got what she needed, custody of her children and a divorce that is finally over! VICTORY IS SWEET!!

Amazing

The relationship with my ex has been deemed high conflict and for a reason. To say co-parenting with my ex is exhausting would be an understatement. I have been in court for roughly five years battling various accusations including parental alienation, child neglect and abuse. I was facing losing pri...mary residence and all decision making rights. Because of this, I wanted to be represented by someone who was willing to get into the trenches with me and fight the accusations. Brad and his team did just that. His lead paralegal, Kelly, even gave me some advice that turned the case upside down in the best way possible. Brad, Kelly, and Shelby worked extremely hard for me and my kids. They were available to answer questions and to even offer emotional support when needed. They do not sugar coat possible outcomes, which can be hard to hear sometimes but I wouldn’t have it any other way. When we finally had trial in September, Brad was able to expose my ex for who she truly is thus making future cases easier to fight. I was able to keep primary residence, final decision making and more. I honestly don’t know if that would have happened if I had hired someone else. Brad and his team have won my trust and my respect. As mentioned, I know there will be more court cases in the future and I will use Brad for every single one. My advice would be to hire Brad from the very beginning if you want someone 100% on your side. Thank you Brad, Kelly, and Shelby for everything! Our family will forever be grateful for all y’all have done for us.

Brad and the Dream Team

Brad and his team have represented me for 3 years and counting in a pretty diverse and sensitive custody case. Brad has been 100 percent committed to the safety of my child and brings facts and evidence, and his extensive knowledge to each hearing. Family court is emotionally exhausting and I can be... confident knowing I have the best representation. He’s smart, thorough, compassionate, and takes pride in his clients and their well being. His paralegal Kelly is one of my favorite people and have greatly enjoyed her advise and conversation on how I should proceed. Shelby is another great asset to the team and always willing to help. Without them, my son could have been exposed to some very toxic and unpleasant situations and I am FOREVER grateful to the Crider team.

Great guy and Attorney

I owe everything to Brad and his staff. I retained in May 2019, he changed everything. Mine was a nasty divorce battle with several motions and hearings leading up to my final trial June 2020. The hearings are short, so Brad knew all the key points to hit on with the small amount of time we had at th...e hearings. His motions and pre-trial statements were all spot-on. Brad knew my case very well and was great with his words/questioning during the several trials we had. He was also compassionate and knew I was going through hard times, he did great at re-assuring me that everything will work out fine, and it did. Also, he was aware of all my circumstances and did not try and jack-up the bill like a lot of family law attorneys tend to do. He is a good guy, I will recommend him to anyone.
