Sweet Freedom Thanks to Brad

Brad helped me with my divorce, custody, visitation, etc. My divorce was not amicable and my ex was difficult to say the least. I hired Brad because he didn’t come across as cut throat (attorneys just fighting each other basically to “win” while their head and your bill grows, which by the way causes... an even greater divide between the parties). I did, however, have confidence in his abilities to go down that road if necessary. I didn’t want that. I just wanted out of my marriage. My divorce was very stressful, emotional and created a lot of daily anxiety. Brad has a calming personality. Getting a divorce sucks, especially when kids are involved. Brad is a good guy and level headed. Fortunately, we never went to trial but if you need a trial lawyer, I’ve heard from several sources Brad is good. Brad has a likeable personality and is competent and quick on his feet. I would choose an attorney who the judges respect over one who is adversarial with everyone. Remember, if you go to trial, the judge decides your fate. He also works with and has relationships with competent individuals to help along the way (mediator, paralegal, business partners, etc.).

Did not have best interest

Hired this attorney to assist me with modifying my existing custody arrangements, my ex is very difficult to try and negotiate, we went from trying to alternate birthdays, Christmas, Thanksgiving and adding one day to my current days, to negotiating counseling sessions for me, changing drop off and p...ick up and other things, but the most annoying his failure to keep me in the loop or discuss anything with me, I only get emails to remind me of a court date which he decided was not in my best interest to move towards. He just does not communicate anything with me.

Great advice!

I called looking for legal advice and if necessary possible legal representation. He returned my call promptly and gave me the information I needed. He was extremely helpful.

Brad is AMAZING

My family court case has been the most complicated obstacle to deal with, and Brad really made things happen. I've been treated unfair for over 6 months and Brad opened the judge's eyes to see she was making poor choices. Brad really knows how to move the court and get the job done. His passion for s...tanding up for what is right is outstanding. There is no mountain too high for Brad. He stays focus, detail oriented and has his eye on the prize. I believe Brad can relate to his clients because he has children of his own. Overall, Brad is the best choice I made to walk with me in this terrifying part of my life. AMAZING! Thank you, Brad!
