The Best Family Law Attorney in Town!

I will be forever grateful that I found Brad to represent me in my family law case. I hired Brad three years ago and he has been my attorney ever since. When I originally met with Brad to discuss my case, I immediately felt comfortable and knew I had found the best lawyer for my family. I had a diffi...cult case and some difficult situations to work through pertaining to my divorce and child custody and Brad first asked me what I wanted to achieve and then helped come up with a plan to get there. Since then he has stuck by my side for every hearing, trial, and issue that I have had. He is very well respected by the judges and other lawyers and is beyond amazing in the court room. He has taken the time to know all of the details of my case so that he never misses a single detail when we are in court. His paralegal Kelly is one of a kind, beyond knowledgeable and really takes the time to help you understand the process and answer any questions you may have. Both Brad and Kelly are very invested in their clients and make you feel as though you are family and will stick with you until the end. They have both been very upfront and honest with me each step of the way and have always explained all possible outcomes to each hearing and motion to me. I could not have asked for a better outcome to a difficult situation for myself or my children and I could not have achieved any of that without Brad and Kelly by my side. I am forever grateful for all they have done for me and recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.

Property Manager

Do not hire Brad Crider!! He works on the 11th hour, is never prepared and does not return phone calls! I had 4 meetings scheduled via telephone. I waited for hours each time and he never called. He didn't show for a scheduled hearing. He sent another lawyer who was 25 minutes late. I had no re...presentation. He was late for sending in exhibits to the court so they were not admissible. My original divorce decree stipulated that I was to keep my house. Because of Brad, I am now losing my house. He was not prepared again at our last hearing. We had to confer outside the hearing room. The judge was upset with him every time because he was not prepared. I should have fired him earlier, but he kept saying he wasn't going to charge me. So he's a liar also. I paid this man over $29,000 and I accrued over $9,000 in opposing counsel fees and interest.

Useless

After our consult he made me think I had a slam dunk case. Once I hired him, communication was few and far between. His office staff had no clue what was going on whenever I called. I wasted thousands, and he never really did anything for me - other than agree with opposing counsel without a fight... or even negotiation!
