Unbelievably Touble

I had to hire another attorney to get my divorce over the finish line. I had to reach out to brad to understand where my divorce and on one occasion he said that if he knew that I would be asking questions about my divorce he wouldn’t answer the phone. I have so many horror stories which I’ve hav...e documented all of them. In short hire another attorney just like I did.

Horrible service

If there was NO stars thats what he would get. I hired him to help me get a divorce and get custody of my kids. The father of my kids got away with drug use, tried to kill himself and was put at a Psychward for days, and much more. When it came to court he didnt stand up for me at all and was l...ate 30 mins to my court date and made me look bad. Yet I still got 50/50 custody, I got completely screwed. Later I found out that Brad and his team didn't turn in a lot of paperwork and evidence to the courts when I had email him everything they needed. Yet he assured me everything was turned in. He charged me over 15k and I didn't get anything I wanted. Now, my kids are paying the consequences. Please, don't hire him, he pays for his good reviews. Their office is NO help, they never get back to you, yet they charge you on everything.

Brad and the Dream Team

Brad and his team have represented me for 3 years and counting in a pretty diverse and sensitive custody case. Brad has been 100 percent committed to the safety of my child and brings facts and evidence, and his extensive knowledge to each hearing. Family court is emotionally exhausting and I can be... confident knowing I have the best representation. He’s smart, thorough, compassionate, and takes pride in his clients and their well being. His paralegal Kelly is one of my favorite people and have greatly enjoyed her advise and conversation on how I should proceed. Shelby is another great asset to the team and always willing to help. Without them, my son could have been exposed to some very toxic and unpleasant situations and I am FOREVER grateful to the Crider team.

Property Manager

Do not hire Brad Crider!! He works on the 11th hour, is never prepared and does not return phone calls! I had 4 meetings scheduled via telephone. I waited for hours each time and he never called. He didn't show for a scheduled hearing. He sent another lawyer who was 25 minutes late. I had no re...presentation. He was late for sending in exhibits to the court so they were not admissible. My original divorce decree stipulated that I was to keep my house. Because of Brad, I am now losing my house. He was not prepared again at our last hearing. We had to confer outside the hearing room. The judge was upset with him every time because he was not prepared. I should have fired him earlier, but he kept saying he wasn't going to charge me. So he's a liar also. I paid this man over $29,000 and I accrued over $9,000 in opposing counsel fees and interest.

Family Law Trial Attorney

Brad Crider, is the best Family Law Attorney there is and here is why below and following. If any attorney you use doesn't know anything about the judge you’re going in front of (unless he/she is new), then run away because they are probably not a very experienced attorney. I was referred by a Father... who he represented who had everything against him not to get Joint Custody but Brad was able to convince the court in his Trial. Although, my case had holes in it, Brad, immediately took on my case, while another person turned it down. Kelly (paralegal) and Brad, are by far the best team you can have on your side. They will not tell you want you want to hear but tell you what you need to hear and are honest all the way. HOW BRAD HELPED ME IN MY CASE: I fired my attorney and hired Brad to take on my case December of 2017. Mother had won sole legal decision making and I acquired weekend time and that was all as a temporary order that lasted a long time. I got the short end of the stick. The mother made a lot of claims, filed an order of protections twice with my child on their, a false DCS case, I was not able to talk to the school, at one point not able to see or talk to my child. This was just 20 days before my trial date September of 2018. Brad, stepped in and he was able to convince the court for us to get a court appointed advisor and move our court date to a future date. I was at a lost at times because of lack of seeing my son and false allegations made against me. I thought I was going to lose all my right as a Father. It's very damaging to the entire family and almost damaged my career and life. Brad's team convinced me not to file additional court proceedings against the mother and to remain calm. He said the gloves come off at trial and not to worry, although I stilled worried. He definitely held to his word. I was awarded Sole Legal Decision Making and with Mother having Supervised Parenting Time as the best interest of our child. It was sad that the Mother could not agree to joint everything and instead she fought me for more. Brad was up against an attorney from Stewart Law Group. Communication: Schedule appointments with Brad and/or Kelly and have your questions written down prepared ahead of time or send them as an email all at once. Emailing them every hour is not the best use of your money or their time, trust me. Financial Costs: Brad, is very reasonable compared to others and is definitely better than them. He is not out to nickel and dime you but to get results. Your money will be best spent here, don't waste your time on craigslist, don’t do it. Court Filings: Brad is willing to do what you need to do, but he will caution you as to what you shouldn't do and/or the consequences if you do. Tips: Get a therapist to help you with dealing with a divorce, it'll save you time and money. Don't use attorneys as a therapist, although they are respectful because they know. Lastly, I'm so thankful for Brad Crider and Kelly. They really helped me through the most troubling of times even after trial. Because of them I know how to deal with the Mother going forward. There is not enough money nor enough thank you’s I can give to either of them, that I feel repays them. I would never hire another attorney for a Family Matter. I will always refer Brad Crider Office to friends and family. Good luck with those others.
