I have a somewhat troubled background from my late teen years including a few cases that likely would have had much better results for me had I secured representation from an attorney of Jefferson's caliber. Due to this checkered past and not wanting to further complicate my future endeavors with ...a potential theft charges, I hired Jefferson after reading the reviews here. In the month July 2014, I was pulled over by Scottsdale PD and booked with 5 charges. starting with DUI Slightest Degree, DUI BAC over .08, Drug Paraphernalia, Unsafe Lane Change, Failure to Report Change of Address. I was question as anyone else would have been during the middle of the night and gi...ven field sobriety tests. I got pulled over by Salt River PD on a Friday night after having 2 pints with dinner. The officer wouldn't tell me why he pulled me over. He told me to get out of my car and subjected me to his Field Sobriety Test. I thought I passed with flying colors. However, I was handcuffed and arrested.... I blew .153 BAC at the DUI processing van which is an EXTREME DUI.
