So let me just say that Claudia is amazing! When this whole thing happened my family was devastated. We ended up maxing our credit lines out and spending our savings just to survive. And despite one thing after another happening to both my family and Claudia( sickness, losing people, money problems, ...etc etc) She was right there through it all. Easy to talk to and patient with my demanding nature. Oftentimes explaining things to me more then once in the same conversation...lol. Needless to say once covid-19 happened and having everything shutdown I thought there was no hope that we would wrap up our case in time for me and my family to not go bankrupt.
