Disbarred
William Tattnall Rush, disappeared during proceedings and did not return phone calls and money that I had paid. I filed a report with the AZ State Bar and was awarded a judgement of $7100 and Mr Rush was disbarred. I still in the process of trying to collect these funds.

Severely Disappointing
Ended up having to make a complaint to the Bar when he stopped responding to my calls and emails. I wasn't alone as my cousin had retained him for her own divorce as well. She was lucky she was able to make a complaint to her credit card. I lost all of my retainer and payments since I paid cash. ...
