I had some issues and I needed a lawyer, I started to call different lawyers around Maricopa and most of the lawyers either were asking for SO MUCH money just to take advantage of the situation. However, I got ahold of Michelle and she assured that I will be helped, she didn’t rip me off like the oth...

I had many questions about my pending court case as one might assume, never having run into trouble with the law & living out of state. This was clearly a bother to Michelle and she made me feel like she was not "fighting for me" but simply would reply to the messages she found worthy of her time. In...
Hello Keely, I am sorry to hear you feel that way. I want all of my clients to have a pleasant experience. I am in this area of law because I like to help people. I do not think your review is completely fair, but I recognize even the best attorneys will have unhappy clients. I will always listen to my clients and do my best to improve everyday, I do want to thank you because you did leave 2 stars and you did rate the representation as fair. I am sorry that you are unhappy. I spent dozens of hours communicating with you and tried my best to always respond, and to continue helping past the scope of my representation, just to try and make things easier for you. I hope that in time, you will look back and have a different view. I wish you the best of luck in all you do.

I had two days after being arrested for a DUI to get back into court for my appeal. I called Michelle on a Sunday and she called me back within an hour. The process of waiting for my my police report, meeting with the prosecutors, and then finally getting a court date can seem like forever. Michelle ...

I hired Michelle for representation for a criminal misdemeanor case. She fought aggressively on my behalf throughout the entire time the case was pending. I ended up going to trial and was extremely impressed by her litigation skills. She destroyed the witnesses that testified and I was found not gui...

I hired this attorney to help my daughter with her first offense DUI. It turns out the only help was to go to trial which meant more money for Michelle. She did not give complete advice and was not at all helpful.
Hello Nancy. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you are unhappy with the resolution. Please have your daughter contact me if she would like to discuss the resolution of her case, I would be happy to discuss it with her. I disagree that there was no help for my client, criminal defense attorneys go to court for their clients and prevent clients from going to 95% of the court dates, pay for the police report, elect whether to retest blood, arrange/complete officer interviews, write formal letters to negotiate a plea, pay for the police report, explain the law and important facts to their clients so they are educated on their case and the law, request the MVD hearing to stay a suspension, avoid SR22 insurance where possible, guide clients on how to reinstate their license, and navigate the MVD and court process for their client and with their client. I understand a parent's desire to avoid a trial fee and also have the case be dismissed, but attorneys have to work with the facts of each case, and do not create the facts. I wish you and your family the very best.
