Jefferson was the absolute best lawyer I could have asked for! Upon calling several lawerys to discuss my options with my case I found his office and gave him a call. He listened and asked important questions. He suggested we meet in person to go over his plan on how we can get the best outcome given... the situation. I was facing a class 6 felony for theft. Jefferson told me about a program that he knew of in which I could enter an agreement with the state and take some classes and the charges would be dropped. This was a huge relief to someone who had made one bad mistake and was suffering the consequences. In the month July 2014, I was pulled over by Scottsdale PD and booked with 5 charges. starting with DUI Slightest Degree, DUI BAC over .08, Drug Paraphernalia, Unsafe Lane Change, Failure to Report Change of Address. I was question as anyone else would have been during the middle of the night and gi...ven field sobriety tests. After denying to comply with the breathalyzer - I was handcuffed and taken to into Scottsdale PD. After I was booked into the holding cell, I asked to make a phone call to my attorney... one which I had to google on my cellphone. Thank god I somehow..
