After I was arrested and charged in Gilbert for a super extreme DUI (BAC above .20) it is safe to say I was terrified. In the month July 2014, I was pulled over by Scottsdale PD and booked with 5 charges. starting with DUI Slightest Degree, DUI BAC over .08, Drug Paraphernalia, Unsafe Lane Change, Failure to Report Change of Address. I was question as anyone else would have been during the middle of the night and gi...ven field sobriety tests. After denying to comply with the breathalyzer - I was handcuffed and taken to into Scottsdale PD. After I was booked into the holding cell, I asked to make a phone call to my attorney... one which I had to google on my cellphone. Thank god I somehow..
