She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and certificate in Public Administration from Arizona State University, graduating cum laude and on scholarship through the Armstrong Family Foundation.
Before joining Caldwell & Ober, Erin ran her own law practice, focusing on ERISA claims. She has worked with small firms and non-profits throughout the years, handling a variety of legal and policy issues with a focus on civil litigation and appellate work.
