poor workmanship and lack of returning phone calls

talked to Jason about a case and paid him for the consultation time and a response for my case. He gave me a flat rate for the case if i were to hire him for the court. Months later, after the court set up a trial date and i had some stuff from the plaintiff mailed to his office, i went back to see ...him, he question why i had some stuff from the plaintiff mailed to him so i told him i was going to have him represent me, but he just said there was a great chance of winning for my chance and i can handle it by myself. So at that time he had no interest of taking my case after the consultation because he believed I can win. He has really bad workmanship, if you going to give someone a flat rate for the case, you should get it done right from start to finish. And during all the time i tried to call him, either no one answered the phone or you leave a message with the front desk person about the issue, but you never receive a call back within 48 hours, it was more than a week. He finally called back because I had to call the office every day asking for me. Their office is really bad at returning calls. And one more thing, 8 out of 10 times that i called the office, no one picked up the phone and went to voicemail, but when i blocked my number before i called, someone picked it up. So you can figure it out what's going on. definitely don't hire this lawyer if you expect someone to stay on top of your issue and return your call within 24 hours.

As noted I consulted with and provided my feedback and guidance for submitting a response for their issue - this was the flat rate, and additionally did speak with him 2 times subsequently over the phone and met one more additional time in my office based on that flat rate. As correctly noted I refused representation of the case as it would be more expensive for me to represent them then the entire case was worth (case was less than $2,500). As he was never a client I could not continue to provide legal advice free of cost. He attempted to open a complaint with the State Bar, and based solely off his complaint the Bar dismissed his complaint as he was not my client and the advice I had provided (per his complaint) was deemed reasonable in our jurisdiction.

Fantastic and Simple Home Sale

I would say that my experience was very good with Wells Law and Realty. Your office was able to change what could have been and likely would have been a highly stressful situation to one where I could push it to the back of my mind having confidence it was being taken care of. I felt like all of the ...staff were respectful, honest, and diligent. I appreciate being given regular e-mail updates on what was happening with the property. Although there were many setbacks in the sale of my property, I was given honest and timely updates. I attribute the successful sale to the diligence your office made in getting appropriate offers and in your persistence in negotiating with the lenders. Thank you for a great experience. I would highly recommend Wells Law and Realty to others.

Great attorney.

Our home in the Scottsdale Los Gatos neighborhood was sold in 2012 through Short Sale. Wells Realty & Law Group represented our interests, advocated on our behalf, and were trusted advisors during the often surreal, emotionally exhausting Short Sale experience. We greatly appreciated the online pro...cess and the responsiveness of the team. We highly recommend the Wells Group . Theresa & John

Successful Short Sale

Wells Realty assisted us with our personal Short Sale in Glendale, AZ. At the time, Short Sales were very difficult. The banks were very difficult to work with. Wells Realty held our hand and helped us work out a smooth transaction. We appreciate their professionalism and we recommend them highly. ... Thank you Wells Realty for making our transaction successful.

Short Sale Review

When I found myself needing to make a decision on short selling my home, I found Wells Realty and Law Group on the web and gave them a call. I met with them to consult about my options, at which time they took the time to answer all of my questions and explained all the options available to me. Ultim...ately I decided to sell my home and Wells Realty and Law Group took care of everything from start to finish. They were just a phone call away and ready to answer my questions, explain a process or clarify something on the paperwork. They stayed on top of the process the whole way through and made sure it got done. In the end we had a successful sale with very little stress on me. I would definitely recommend Wells Realty and Law Group to friends and family.
