Jason is dedicated to providing his clients with the highest level of legal representation and real estate market advice. He focuses his practice on real estate, short sale, foreclosure alternatives, and alternative dispute resolution.
After working for a private litigation firm, Jason formed Wells Law Group in 2010 to strengthen his commitment and ability to empower struggling home owners and investors throughout the Phoenix metro area. Jason attended Brigham Young University where he earned bachelors degree in communications. He later graduated from cum laude from the Sandra Day O'Connor College at Arizona State University. Along the way he was also named a Pedrick Scholar in his second and third years. This same focus and dedication can be seen in the way he practices law and represents his clients.

talked to Jason about a case and paid him for the consultation time and a response for my case. He gave me a flat rate for the case if i were to hire him for the court. Months later, after the court set up a trial date and i had some stuff from the plaintiff mailed to his office, i went back to see ...
As noted I consulted with and provided my feedback and guidance for submitting a response for their issue - this was the flat rate, and additionally did speak with him 2 times subsequently over the phone and met one more additional time in my office based on that flat rate. As correctly noted I refused representation of the case as it would be more expensive for me to represent them then the entire case was worth (case was less than $2,500). As he was never a client I could not continue to provide legal advice free of cost. He attempted to open a complaint with the State Bar, and based solely off his complaint the Bar dismissed his complaint as he was not my client and the advice I had provided (per his complaint) was deemed reasonable in our jurisdiction.

I felt like all of the ...
