Michael Munoz is a former Major Crimes Prosecutor at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. Michael started his career prosecuting a wide array of misdemeanor and felony crimes. In the last two years at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office he was promoted to a Major Crimes Unit prosecuting Vehicular Cases. In 2010, Michael started the Munoz Law Office which focuses on Criminal and DUI Defense. Michael actively defends cases involving felonies and misdemeanors related to DUI, Drugs, Theft, White Collar, and Violent Crimes. Skilled and effective
Michael made me feel comfortable from the start. His honesty and confidence put me at ease. He is a very skilled attorney and deftly handled my case which allowed me to avoid jail time and fines. I can't recommend him enough. If I ever need a lawyer again he will be the first I call.

Great Lawyer and Person!

Michael is the best out there!
Mike & Anna care about you and will fight for you. I was facing a 2nd offense super extreme and was terrified. From the first initial contact with Mr. Munoz and his phone call I knew he was going to take my case as high priority long story short I confessed like an idiot to the police about two felonies and Michael got me off with two years probation and no jail time ...
