For the last couples of years i was going through deportation proceedings. It was not because of choosing but because of unfortunate circumstances. Anyway to make a long story short, when my wife passed away on 2011 everything changed. I did'nt know what to do and that's when I started looking for ...immigration lawyers online. Mac Nayeri really helped me with my case. I had a rather strange and complected situation due to the poor advice of another lawyer. I did a lot of research and was told by many that I would not qualify for the Differed Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA) program. I had an employee who was detained I another state by ICE. I called Mac Nayeri and was impressed from our first conversation. He offered to help me represent my employee myself to save us money. I asked him to please make the trip with me to El Paso because I felt a little intimidated by the situatio...n. We sat in the court room and I watched case after case be denied or postponed due to incomplete paperwork and attorney's lack of understanding about their client's case. As Mac went in front of the judge I was very concerned. He handed a packet of paperwork to the judge and state attorney. After a 5 minute review by the judge, he not only granted our request but complimented Mac on how organized an complete his documentation was. We left the courthouse and tried to post bail, but the clerk informed us that we had to wait until the rest of the morning schedule had concluded and then it would take hours to process. Mac was scheduled to fly back to Phoenix in 2 hours, but he wasn't going to leave me there without trying to help. He spoke with an officer who led him back into the courtroom. Minutes later the state's attorney came jogging down the hallway apologizing for the delay. The clerk laughed and said he had never seen that happen before. Since then, Mac has finished acquiring a work visa for my employee, and is now helping others that we have referred to him. He is very honest . If he can help he will and if he can't he will not take your money. I had lunch with him that day in El Paso. Not only is he a great attorney, he is a good person.
