Roya graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006 with Bachelor degrees in History and Spanish, in the Honors program. In 2009, she earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School. While in law school, Roya was a member of the Wisconsin International Law Journal and authored a published article.

Although born in Memphis, Tennessee, Roya’s parents are from the Middle East. Roya has travelled the world learning about other cultures, languages, peoples, and food. She has taught English in China, and studied in Turkey and Spain. She has also engaged in many community service projects in several countries in Central America and Eastern Europe. Roya’s exposures to various cultures have enabled her to understand the immigration and social issues facing people from many parts of the world. She has a passion for justice and service to others.

In her free time, Roya is involved in local programs, which seek to empower young teenagers and focus their youthful energy on initiating and leading projects, which improve their own communities.

Employment based Green Card

Roya is an excellent lawyer

My husband and I highly recommend Roya to anybody that is looking for an excellent, kind, and professional inmigration lawyer. Roya assisted us through my inmigration process, first on getting my green card and then on becoming a us citizen. From the beginning Roya was very polite and very helpful, she prepared me very well before my interviews and she even came with me to my citizenship interview. I was a little nervous but felt confident because she was there with me and I really appreciate that. We are more than happy to have had Roya as our attorney. Excellent experience with an outstanding attorney!

Working with Roya was an amazing experience for my wife and I. She and her legal assistant, Rosa, were extremely knowledgeable and professional. We had used a different attorney prior to this and had not been satisfied. The experience with Roya was a night and day difference. The first time we met with her I could tell she was different and I knew we were in good hands. We had been working on my wife’s immigration status for years and we had become very frustrated. Once we began working with Roya we saw results right away, and our issue was resolved in a little over a year. Excellent service

She has been working in our case approximately for 2 years and we always had her support and guidance. She explains very clear what you do not know and need to do. Everytime I had sent an email or given a call I got her answer back promptly. She treats you and your case very politely and particularly. Best Immigration Lawyer

I would highly recommend Roya Habich as your lawyer for immigration. She was a great help when it came to my husband's case. Not to mention we had gone to several lawyers previouly for help and they all told us my husband could never become a US citizen, I am so thankful we found her. Roya and her assistant Rosa were there for us at all times to answer questions and walk us through the whole process. I can not express how thankful we are with them. Excellent Attorney

I recommend this Attorney 100%, why? because Roya has the experience, is very proactive and professional, she always will answer your email and phone calls and you will be informed about all what is happening with you process. Rosa her assistant is excellent too, she is friendly and always know what is the situation with your case.
