He is a member of the Arizona State Bar, the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, and the Kentucky Bar Association. He is a frequent speaker on immigration matters affecting employers, and he also lectures international students at major universities regarding their post-graduation employment options.
Mr. Martinez received his B.S. from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Management and his J.D. from Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School. He is fluent in Spanish.
