Highly recommend!
I worked with Matt for my EB1 OR I-140 and 485 petitions. Matt was outstanding and helped me navigate the process with ease. He had thorough knowledge about this process and was readily available to answer any small questions I had. Most of all, he is very patient and helped me to take the stress quotient off this process.

Excellent Immigration Attorney
Mathew Martinez is a fabulous attorney with an excellent understanding of immigration law. We had a somewhat complex case and spoke with several attorneys with some giving what I believe was not good advice. Prior to signing with Mr. Martinez. In any event, Mr. Martinez was able to help us with our situation in the most appropriate manner. As we progressed he was quick to reply in a knowledgeable and helpful manner to any additional questions we had. Marie Snyder who works with Mr. Martinez is an excellent paralegal and was in frequent contact ensuring a smooth transition. I would highly recommend this team for any immigration needs. In my opinion, this is not an area to go cheap or with inexperienced attorneys.

Incredible Immigration Attorney
Knowledge of how to go about the application process, and which direction to take, was second to none. He left no stone unturned when obtaining supporting evidence for my case. Easily accessible, even with my unconventional work schedule, and took the time to work with my employer to make sure everything was to standard. Matt's attention to detail is incredible, and he was able to communicate exactly what was needed and how to go about it, on a easy to understand level. I will be using Matt again for all my future immigration issues.

Finest immigration attorney in Arizona
Matt is by far one of the most knowledgable and conscientious immigration attorneys I have been fortunate enough to find. My case was a fairly complex one with past problems which hindered my future immigration aspirations. Matt took my calls all the time helped walk me through the process and guided me in the absolute right direction. He did all of this for the fee agreed to in advance and never asked nor billed me anything other than what was agreed to. Matt went above and beyond to ensure I got my greencard and was able to remain in the USA all the time my case was processing. I highly recommend Matt Martinez to anyone in need of excellent immigration counsel. Thank you to Matt and his paralegal Khalif for all of your efforts and hard work!

Would Definitely Recommend
Matt assisted us in advice on, and preparations of, visas for me and my family to come to Phoenix to open the offices for our Canadian company's US subsidiary. After a disastrous first experience with a (supposed) experienced immigration lawyer and very poor results, Matt was recommended to me and in fact stepped up and delivered results in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Matt as he displays professionalism, integrity and has the rare quality of actually caring what happens with his client's case.
