Very pleased with Brian Sloan as my lawyer

I was arrested for driving under the influence last year in Scottsdale. Being an RN, I began searching for an attorney. A friend recommended Brian Sloan, and I immediately looked him up. After reading though other client testimonials and speaking with Brian I chose to hire him as my attorney. He ...was able to work out a plea which I accepted. Overall very pleased. Thanks Brian.

Brian Sloan is absolutely amazing! Got my case dismissed!

I did not have prior experience getting in legal trouble, and he was extremely helpful. I met with Brian and he started on my case immediately. He appeared at all of my court dates for me so I didn't have to, he was extremely patient and helpful with explaining everything to me and instructing me o...n how to take the next step in our plan of action. He kept in constant contact with me and was available to answer all of my questions. He never left me feeling confused or forgotten about. He is absolutely fantastic! In three short months, he was able to get my case dismissed! I am so grateful that I hired Brian Sloan to work on my case. I have never met an attorney so thorough, understanding and helpful. I have referred all my friends to Brian Sloan. I would never hire a different attorney.

My case was dismissed, just as Mr. Sloan said it would be.

I had my first DUI Charge and didn't know who to contact. I found Brian Sloan by searching Google for DUI lawyers and his name came across as highly rated. I did my research and decided he would be who I went to for help. In hearing about my case, Brian was confident my case would be dismissed. H...e was so confident, he only charged me a portion of his normal fee. After a week or so, I got confirmation that my case was indeed dismissed, and all charges dropped. Not only did he do exactly as he said he was going to do, he refunded me a portion of the fee that I had already paid, based on the amount of work he had done. This was completely unexpected and truly shows he is a man of honor as he wouldn't accept payment for services that were not performed. I would recommend Brian to anyone seeking professional DUI representation.

Do not leave your future to luck, hire Brian D. Sloan

I was very lucky to have chosen Brian D. Sloan to represent me in my DUI case. His fees were affordable, he is extremely knowledgeable, and was always available to address any concerns. He was able to negotiate a plea that saved my freedom, my reputation, my license, and thousands of dollars in fin...es. I definitely recommend him on a DUI case.

Brian was fantastic!

Brian was very responsive and was always there to answer my questions. He took the initiative to re-test my blood, which led to a big drop on my BAC levels from the prosecutor's test result. Ultimately, he was able to work out a great plea for me and reduce the charges from Extreme DUI down to DUI ...to the Slightest Degree with almost the minimum penalties. I am completely satisfied with his service and will definitely recommend him to anyone.
