Best DUI Lawyer,

Brian Sloan represented me in a DUI case in the city of Buckeye AZ. His approach was professional, experienced, knowledgeable and skilled. The phased payment plan made it easy to understand what was being accomplished as the case progressed. His Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) were concise, enab...ling easy communication & understanding. He represented me in all court appearances coordinating with the prosecutor. I did not have to appear in court until sentencing. Sentencing was fair, honest & financially reasonable. I cannot thank Mr. Sloan enough for his help and I highly recommend him.

First DUI

I’m so happy I hired Brian Sloan! I was celebrating my 30th birthday the day I got into a car accident and got arrested. This was my first DUI and it turned out to be super extreme, quite a humiliating experience for me. I was facing a huge list of additional charges and got very lucky to have them a...ll dismissed except for the first time super extreme DUI, all because of Brian! The entire process seemed so complicated and overwhelming at first but Brian made everything very clear so I knew what steps to take and what to expect. Brian Sloan DUI attorney

When I was searching for a DUI attorney, I interviewed half a dozen lawyers. Brian Sloan stood out immediately as the obvious choice. He listened well and understood the particulars of my case, he informed me of my rights and told me what I could expect. Out of all the others, he came off as the most... intelligent, knowledgeable, intellectually honest, and ethical. Also likable. I am incredibly glad I chose him. Because of his expertise and diligence, my case had BY FAR the best possible outcome, and I don't think anyone else could have done it. Brian kept me well-informed every step of the way. He advocated for me and made sure that my court dates did not conflict with the series of surgeries I was undergoing. I would like to add that on my court date, I arrived early. A lawyer who was searching for his client asked who my attorney was. His reaction: "Oh, Brian Sloan? He's a great lawyer. You are really in good hands."

Best Decision Hiring Brain

I never thought I'd find myself in this situation, but I did, and my case was not looking good! I had an extreme DUI and hit another vehicle (no injury). I contacted Brian and immediately he set my mind at ease, reassuring me that getting a DUI does not make you a "bad guy". Amazingly, he was able t...o plead my case down to a regular DUI with the absolute minimum penalty, saving me extensive jail time and fines. Brian also worked with me untangling the incredibly confusing ADOT/MVD rules and regulation. Not too many lawyers will do that. Brian was prompt in responding to any questions, email text or call. His professionalism, dedication and knowledge made the whole process as stress free as possible. I can't thank him enough for what he did for me and my family. CWB

Helped tremendously through a very difficult time

Being arrested made me feel like my whole world was crashing down on me. I was completely devastated. From the first phone call with Brian, I knew he was the best attorney to represent me. He was professional, very thorough in asking questions, was completely knowledgeable regarding the law, but... beyond that he went out of his way to calm my worst fears. All throughout my case from arrest to trial he was prompt in answering any questions I had and was great at providing any information that would help me during this process. He may not have always said what I wanted to hear which I appreciated. But he knew the law, and he represented me better than I could have hoped for during the entire case.
